Terms of sale and refunds

These terms apply to the digital guides sold on islandhopgreece.com.

What you are buying

A digital PDF guide. A download link is emailed to you immediately after payment, and the guide can also be downloaded from the confirmation page. Links work for 30 days, so save the file to your device. Nothing physical is shipped.

Refunds

Because the guide is delivered digitally and immediately, sales are final once it has been delivered, except where the law or the terms of our payment provider give you a right to a refund. Where the EU or UK 14-day right of withdrawal applies, it ends once you have accepted immediate delivery of the digital content.

Our delivery guarantee

You will receive the guide, complete and readable. If the email has not arrived within 24 hours, or the download fails, or the PDF is corrupted or will not open, contact us and we will resend or fix it. If we cannot deliver a working copy, we will refund you in full. This guarantee covers delivery and the file, not whether the guide suits your plans.

This does not affect any statutory rights you have.

Payment

Orders are processed by our payment provider Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record and the seller of the guide. Paddle handles payment, VAT and invoices, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in euros.

Licence

The guide is for your personal use. Please do not resell, share publicly, or redistribute it.
